Welcome to Abundant Life Assembly's Ministry on the web!

Abundant Life Assembly of God has been given a miracle from God! We have been given a beautiful facility located at 231 Howard Ave in Altoona by the Fourth Lutheran Church. Ps. 145:4 says "Each generation will announce to the next your wonderful and powerful deed". This is a MONUMENTAL deed and we are truly humbled and thankful. Please come visit us at our new location...you will be amazed just as we are.
The most important gift we can give you is to personally invite you to meet Jesus. He is the heart and center of the lives of the folks of Abundant Life as well as the life of our church. He has a plan for your life. If we can help you in anyway - please contact us, we would love to pray for you or answer your questions and help you with your life journey.
We have some very exciting and powerful events coming in the next few months. Please check out our church calendar on the website or our weekly bulletin for updates. You are personally invited to come along and share in all that Abundant Life has to offer. We want to meet the needs of each person, every family and our community.
Brand new to LIFE Church is ourBible Study on Thursdays at 7 p.m. in ou coffee cafe. Check the bulletin for list of scripture we will be studying on a weekly basis.
You can also find us on Facebook by searching for "LIFE Church (Abundant Life Assembly)!
If you take a look at our most recent newsletter, you'll see there is something special planned for nearly every age group - it's intentional! We are working at becoming more intentionally generational. We want to work to meet the needs of every single person that we have the opportunity to minister to. Check it out - there is something just for you!
Theme: I Believe in Communion
A Holy Assembly
Read Leviticus 19:1–6
In the Old Testament, one person’s sin could bring God’s judgment down on the entire community. This happened because God has high standards. He expects His children to follow His lead.
Speak to the entire assembly of Israel and say to them: “Be holy because I, the Lord your God, am holy” (Leviticus 19:2).
Even today, Christians are called to be a holy assembly to show the world how the Savior changes people. The Church is made up of flawed, sinful people who have accepted God’s offer of salvation. We are not holy in ourselves. However, God’s Spirit in us makes us holy.
Believers are also called to be an assembly. We are not called to act alone. We are called to join with brothers and sisters in Christ to encourage one another, worship together, learn how to live properly, and remember Christ’s sacrifice at Calvary. His sacrifice makes it all possible, and we should celebrate that victory over sin and death.
Challenge for Today: Remembering Christ’s broken body and spilled blood, act in holiness today.
